Return Policy         

Every effort is made to ensure all orders arrive to their destination safely, but accidents do happen.  In the rare case an item is damaged, please contact Timree.com as soon as possible.  The piece will recreate with no additional charge to the customer.    

All personalized orders are final. If there is an error on a personalized piece, please notify Timree.com  A Return Shipping Label will be sent and the item will need to be carefully packaged in its original shipping box.  The piece will be corrected as returned as soon as possible with no additional charge.
