741 Hz: OCEAN FLOW — Abstract Oceanscape Painting Workshop

Step into OCEAN FLOW, an immersive abstract oceanscape painting
experience led by artist Timree and inspired by the intention
traditionally associated with 741 Hz: clarity, expression, and
clearing away mental noise.

Like standing at the edge of the ocean and feeling everything become a
little quieter, this experience is an invitation to clear your mind,
trust your instincts, and create from a place of openness and flow.

At the beginning of the workshop, you'll choose the color palette that
speaks to you and your personal style. Create a light, airy oceanscape
with soft blues, creams, sandy neutrals, and hints of sky—or move into
deeper waters with moody navy, charcoal, stormy blues, and dramatic
contrast. Your painting is designed to complement your aesthetic and
the feeling you want to bring into your space.

During this up to three-hour workshop, Timree will guide you through
her intuitive approach to creating an abstract ocean on a large-scale
canvas. You'll explore layers, movement, texture, horizon, and
expressive brushwork while learning how to loosen up and allow the
painting to evolve naturally.

As 741 Hz-inspired sound and music create the atmosphere, you'll be
encouraged to quiet the overthinking, become present, and follow the
movement of the paint—much like allowing yourself to move with the
rhythm of the ocean rather than against it.

No painting experience is necessary. There is no perfect wave, perfect
horizon, or perfect outcome. This experience is about discovering what
happens when you stop overthinking and allow your intuition to take
the lead.

At the completion of the experience, Timree will personally add her
signature touch of gold to each canvas—a meaningful mark representing
light, value, and the clarity that can emerge when we create space
within ourselves.

You'll leave with an original abstract oceanscape created entirely by
you and a beautiful reminder of the feeling we so often find near the
water: a quieter mind, a deeper breath, and room to see clearly again.
