396 Hz: RELEASE — Abstract Frequency Painting Workshop

Step into RELEASE, an immersive abstract painting experience led by artist Timree and inspired by the intention traditionally associated with 396 Hz: letting go, freedom, courage, and creating space for what comes next.

Like finally taking a deep breath after carrying something for too long, this experience is an invitation to release what feels heavy, quiet the outside noise, and express what words sometimes cannot.

At the beginning of the workshop, you'll choose the color palette that speaks to you and your personal style. Your painting can be soft and neutral, earthy and organic, light and calming, or bold and expressive. Timree will help you create a palette that reflects both the energy you are feeling and the aesthetic you want your finished artwork to bring into your home.

During this up to three-hour workshop, Timree will guide you through her intuitive approach to creating an abstract painting on a large-scale canvas. Includes a Blindfolded meditation with paintbrush in hand. A Timree Technique that separates you from fear of failure and judgement. You'll explore layers, movement, texture, mark-making, and expressive brushwork while learning to loosen your grip on perfection and allow the painting to evolve naturally.

As 396 Hz-inspired sound and music create the atmosphere, you'll be encouraged to stop overthinking, trust your instincts, and allow each layer of paint to become part of the process of letting go.
