174 Hz: ROOTED — Loosened Landscape Painting Workshop

Step into ROOTED, an immersive loosened landscape painting experience led by artist Timree and inspired by the intention traditionally associated with 174 Hz: grounding, stability, comfort, and connection.

Like standing quietly in an open landscape and feeling your feet settle into the earth beneath you, this experience is an invitation to slow down, become present, and reconnect with what feels steady and true.

At the beginning of the workshop, you'll choose the color palette that speaks to you and your personal style. Create a soft, sun-washed landscape with warm neutrals, muted greens, dusty blushes, creams, and golden tones—or explore something deeper and more dramatic with earthy browns, forest greens, charcoal, ochre, and rich natural hues.

Your landscape is designed to feel uniquely yours—reflecting both your aesthetic and the feeling you want to bring into your space.

During this up to three-hour workshop, Timree will guide you through her intuitive approach to creating a loosened, expressive landscape on a large-scale canvas. You'll explore layers, texture, depth, horizon, light, and gestural brushwork while learning how to let go of perfection and allow the landscape to emerge naturally.

As 174 Hz-inspired sound and music create the atmosphere, you'll be encouraged to slow down, quiet the outside world, and become grounded in the act of creating.

Rather than trying to perfectly recreate a place, you'll use the landscape as inspiration—allowing color, movement, texture, and instinct to guide you.

No painting experience is necessary. There is no perfect tree, perfect horizon, or perfect landscape. This experience is about loosening your grip on the outcome and discovering what happens when you simply become present with the paint.

At the completion of the experience, Timree will personally add her signature touch of gold to each canvas—a meaningful mark representing light, value, and the beauty that can emerge when we feel rooted in ourselves.

You'll leave with an original loosened landscape created entirely by you and a beautiful reminder of the feeling we find when we reconnect with the earth:
